Family Vacations: Beyond Disneyland

Do not get me wrong, Disneyland is a great vacation for families and kids. Being able to see all of their favorite Disney characters is always a treat for young kids. However, some parents seem to believe that that is the only kid of family vacations they can go on. This thought, however, is a grave misjudgment.

There are several family vacation options beyond Disneyland. The world is out there, waiting, begging for families to come and meet them. The reason why so many kids today are so unwilling to spend their time outside is because they have never experienced its fun. Vacations are that experience.
