I think I may know what you are thinking. Vietnam has never been looked upon as a great vacation destination. Perhaps it is the fact that the residual effect of the Vietnam War and the negative taste it still holds in American mouths has not yet been overcome. Still, judging Vietnam based on these factors is unfair. Vietnam, in actuality, is a beautiful place. It is lush, green, with deep history and beautiful landscapes. Honestly, it is most definitely a viable vacation destination and the vacation packages Vietnam are very reasonable.
